A vehichle to not a replacement of the local church

This Is The Generation exists to support and strengthen the local church—not replace it.
Everything we do is designed to help Gen Z encounter Jesus and become rooted in a local church community. We bring together young people from all backgrounds—Christians and seekers—to experience the unity of Christ’s Church, with the ultimate goal of guiding them into a church where their faith can grow and be discipled.

We act as a bridge—connecting seekers to churches and helping young Christians find a church home. By working closely with church leaders, we ensure every new believer knows there is a church for them in their area. We believe the local church is God’s solution for society, and together we can see young people transformed by Christ and impacting their communities.

We are building a network of local churches so that when we meet young people without a church home, we can confidently connect them to a local congregation. This includes providing clear church contacts and, where possible, having church representatives present at our regional events to engage young people personally. As an interdenominational movement, we welcome churches of all denominations to be part of what God is doing among Gen Z.

We are currently establishing a network based in London and Birmingham in anticipation of regional events taking place in early 2026, so please get in contact.
