About the Role

Are you passionate about sharing Jesus with your generation and helping others do the same?

We're looking for passionate Christians to join our team of TITG Evangelists. These are young people who want to grow in evangelism and come alongside local churches as they reach their communities.

As a TITG Evangelist, you'll receive opportunities for in-depth evangelism training, mentorship and practical outreach experience. You'll support church-led outreach initiatives, encourage young Christians to confidently share their faith, and help create meaningful gospel conversations in communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Encourage and equip young Christians to confidently share the gospel.

• Participate in evangelism training, mentorship and practical outreach opportunities.

• Represent TITG at local outreach activities when invited and available.

• Help create welcoming opportunities for gospel conversations and connections to local churches.

About You

Essential

• A committed Christian with a passion for Jesus and reaching Gen Z.

• Confident or willing to grow in sharing the gospel.

• Encouraging, approachable and comfortable engaging with people from different backgrounds.

• Committed to working alongside and supporting local churches.

• Willing to receive training, feedback and mentorship.
