Strengthen local mission ecosystems across the UK

Build relationships with churches and leaders to establish thriving local networks that reach and disciple Gen Z.

Locality Development Lead

Volunteer Position | Hybrid | London-Based

Church Engagement Department

The Church Engagement Department exists to serve and strengthen the local Church.

We believe lasting transformation happens through local churches. Rather than building a separate movement disconnected from church life, TITG works alongside churches to help them reach and disciple Gen Z more effectively.

The department builds relationships with church leaders, develops strategic partnerships and supports the expansion of TITG's locality model.
