A vehichle to not a replacement of the local church
This is the Generation is a vehicle to support and strengthen the local church, not replace it. Every young person who comes through our movement is encouraged and equipped to be rooted in a local church community. Underpinned by our mission to see GEN Z (ages 15-25) transformed for Jesus, our goal is not to establish a ministry detached from local churches. But rather, we believe in bringing young people of all backgrounds together, Christian and seekers, to encounter the unity (that Christ’s church should reflect), with the ultimate goal of these young people being inspired to begin deepen their faith journey in church.
We serve as a bridge, connecting seekers to churches and helping established young Christians find a church home to be discipled and supported. Through our local church network, we work closely with church leaders to ensure that every new believer knows there is a home for them in their area.
We believe the local church is the solution to the challenges in society, and by partnering with churches, we aim to help young people engage, grow, and actively impact their communities. Together, we can see a generation of young people transformed by Christ and transforming their neighborhoods.

“Church is important to me because it’s a space where people from all walks of life gather to worship God. I forget about things going on in my life, as I am just able to ‘be’ in God’s presence. I am also able to be in a community where we forget differences which mean we wouldn’t come across each other in our day-to-day lives. It’s not about me, but about Jesus and His people.

Become a church partner
We want to help you establish a network of churches, so that when we meet young people who do not have a church home, they will have someone to reach out to and get integrated into their local church community. This will involve providing a contact for our young people, and it may involve a representative from your church attending our regional events to engage with them face-to-face. As the aim of our events is to create an interdenominational hub, we want churches of all denominations to be a part of the network, witnessing GEN Z looking to Jesus Christ.
