Volunteer Position | Remote | UK-Based

Operations Department

As This Is The Generation grows, strong operations ensure that vision is translated into action. The Operations Department exists to turn vision into reality. We focus on ensuring plans are executed, teams are supported and the ministry functions effectively.

The department provides the structure, accountability and coordination needed for TITG to grow sustainably while maintaining excellence across all areas of ministry.

Without effective operations, great ideas remain ideas. The Operations Department helps create the systems, structure and accountability needed for outreach, community and discipleship initiatives to happen consistently and effectively.

By serving every department, the Operations Department enables the ministry to operate with excellence while remaining focused on its mission of reaching, discipling and mobilising Gen Z across the UK.
