Equip Gen Z to reach Gen Z
Develop outreach initiatives that help churches engage spiritually open young people with the Gospel.
Outreach & Community Co-Lead (Outreach)
Volunteer Position | Hybrid | London-Based
Church Engagement & Outreach Department
The Church Engagement & Outreach Department exists to serve and strengthen the local Church.
We believe lasting transformation happens through local churches. Rather than building a separate movement disconnected from church life, TITG works alongside churches to help them reach and disciple Gen Z more effectively.
Through outreach initiatives, we help churches engage spiritually curious young people. Through community initiatives, we create welcoming environments where relationships can develop and faith conversations can grow.
Together, these functions help move people from curiosity to community and ultimately into discipleship.
