Generation Z is looking for authenticity, identity and purpose.

Jesus is the answer to all of this. He is the truth they are searching for.

The responsibility of the Church is to reveal Jesus in purity and power. This is how we restore truth to a lost generation. 

What does this look like practically?

Authenticity

Being authentic in our display of Jesus could look like:

• Living the message that we share

• Sharing our personal testimony with Gen Z

• Building genuine relationships with them that will foster trust

Identity

Make love the central element of your faith sharing.

They need to know they are a generation wholeheartedly, deeply loved by God. This is their true identity.  

Purpose

How can we reveal the justice and mercy of God?

• Practice forgiveness: Jesus teaches us to forgive and not live in resentment. This is a good way to display God's grace and mercy, as it opposes the unforgiveness that is normal for many people who don't know Jesus. It's another example of how living in the way Jesus desires can make people curious and gives them a taste of the love that is waiting for them.

• Stand up for what's right: Gen Z love the concept of providing a voice to those who need it. Stand up for those who are vulnerable, stand up for what's right, and show the standards that God sets for us.
